Unlike other job matching services, there is no need to create extensive job descriptions and sift through thousands of candidates. Simply enter the criteria you are looking for and the Skills Matcher Tool will automatically search every candidate in the system to find your best matches.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Enter a job title - Suggestions will appear as you type in a drop-down menu. In order for the matching system to work, you must select from the drop-down list, rather than creating new titles. If there is a title you feel is missing and should be added, please let us know.
Specify experience and education required - Select the minimum level required for your position from the drop-down menus.
Note: After your perform your initial search, you will have the option to further refine it by specifying skills, date ranges and by tweaking education and experience levels for best results. Keep an eye on the search results - they will refresh in real-time as you change levels of education and experience and add/remove skills or date ranges.
The level of education and experience you initially selected appears in bold. The numbers that appear in brackets beside experience and education indicate the number of candidates that are available for all levels. For example, if you are finding a limited number of candidates with the level of experience you are looking for, consider the level below. The number beside it will quickly tell you if more candidates would be available if you altered your criteria. The list of candidates will change in real-time below as you select different levels of education, date ranges and add or remove skills, so keep an eye on the candidate list underneath this box as you change your criteria and add skills to see the new results.
