This system is a talent pool of all the skills that are available to current and prospective companies. Summerside has the skills that employers are looking for, and that pool extends to our ex-pats that would love to come back home for the right opportunity. Those skills are captured here. The Skills Matcher Tool matches qualified candidates with the right jobs. It's easy, it's automated, and it's free. We are currently working to sign up as many candidates as possible into the talent pool. The system will be opened up to employers December 20th, 2011 so they can begin searching the talent pool for the candidates they need.
